The Goddess
Retreat
for Practical Life Change
with Dawn Feuerberg & Rebecca Schefstrom
at Mount Madonna Center
September 21st – 24th, 2023
Watsonville, CA
Please join us on the sacred mountain top at the Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville, California for a very special 3-night/4-day goddess retreat.
Open to the empowered sacred feminine within your subtle body through the energies of the Hindu goddesses and the Shakti (energy) life force. This retreat will explore the mythology and devotional practices of goddesses Durga, Kali, Saraswati, and Lakshmi. The goddesses represent archetypes of psychological energies that can be the source of transformative wisdom in your own life.
This retreat aims to empower healing by uprooting habitual patterns and kindling joy which streams life through your most authentic Self. Learn about yantras, mantras, stulas, and lessons of each Goddess that were passed down through Dawn’s teacher, Sally Kempton, the highly regarded teacher of Spiritual Tantra Philosophy*. Rebecca will be guiding you through breathwork, meditation, and yoga asanas each morning. The Goddess workshops are taught by Dawn and include tantra philosophy, rituals, chakra meditation and shamanic dance to support you in awakening to the Divine Feminine within.
Let’s share in the Divine play of the Goddess together. There will be time to hike in the beautiful redwoods, visit the temple, get a wellness treatment and enjoy healthy vegetarian meals daily. This course is open to all genders.
*Important note: Classical Tantra is a spiritual science of self-inquiry and the authentic ancient study of energy centers (chakras). It is not to be confused with Western Neo-modern tantra that is not yoga (union). In other words, tantra is not sex.

“The classes that Dawn taught about the goddesses were so amazing. Personally, Kali and Saraswati were the two that touched me, literally. I could feel their presence so vividly when I would recite their mantras and they were both presented to me at times when I needed them most. Kali was there for me at the beginning of the year when I realized that I needed to let go of thoughts and feelings that were weighing me down. I had never experienced anything like it until I learned about Saraswati. She gave me back my writing which I lost for some time. I had sat down to mediate the next day and upon finishing immediately started to write. It felt so freeing and liberating. I have such gratitude for having met Dawn and being able to attend her workshops, with hopefully more to follow.”

“Rebecca’s classes are a great combination of strength and flexibility. She’s instructive, encouraging and tailors classes so new students feel welcome to participate alongside long-time practitioners. Rebecca’s instruction made a quick and lasting impact on all my daily activities; I encourage everyone to work with her!”
